This privacy policy covers our website, the Company mobile or desktop application (the “Site”), our associated services, and any other future platforms or offerings that we may develop where this Privacy Policy is made available (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data and does not apply to information that may be regulated by a different legal framework, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). To the extent that we process deidentified data, we will maintain and use the data in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the data unless permitted by applicable law. Please note that the Platform is primarily intended for caregivers’ and patient representatives’ management of their loved one’s or patient’s care. This Privacy Policy describes personal data collected about caregivers and, as context requires, the subject of such care.
